Success isn't just about hard work; it's also about being mindful and intentional. 🧘‍♂️

I've had and still have days where I feel overwhelmed while working on my business and get very stressed when facing the usual issues and setbacks in building my business. It gets to the point where I forget why I started this business in the first place. 😓

By the end of the day, I can hardly maintain the same energy I started with and get drained quickly by the afternoon.

What I've noticed on these stressful days and the more energetic ones is one crucial difference.

On the stressful days, I realize I skipped my morning rituals, for whatever reason it might be, and it really makes a huge difference in my day and work hours. 🌅

Meditation, morning pages, yoga, etc., help me a lot in staying aligned with my business and reminding me why I started this journey. Trust me, when I do that, everything becomes easier. Well, not entirely easy; there are still going to be problems and obstacles. But with the right mindset and connecting with your WHY, you'll get over them and even have fun doing it! 😌

Your first step to becoming a mindful and purpose-driven entrepreneur is to implement these habits into your morning routine. 🌈

Remind yourself of your vision and purpose every day before diving into building and growing your business! 💪

I explored many digital tools and methods for both planning and journaling. Yet, after trying paper planning, I couldn't return to the digital again.

Planning has always been a beautiful art that I genuinely enjoyed, whether on a screen or with a pen and paper. But the magic of paper that I couldn't find in digital tools is the feeling of reflection, the joy of flipping back through pages and seeing my progress, and that peaceful emptiness, far from the distracting tabs and notifications. 🧘‍♂️🚫

You can try various tricks to stay focused, but trust me, pen and paper is a different thing altogether. 🌌

Of course that doesn't mean I don't take advantage of digital tools, I use Google Keep for quick note-taking and saving resources but when planning the big goals and vision? I always restore to my bullet journal. 📖

Think of it like reading a PDF book on your phone versus holding a physical book in your hands. Can you sense the difference? It's exactly that. 💫
